At one point, we had an issue with the fridge, and Fawzi was willing to drive two hours to help usat 8pm on a Friday night. Thankfully, we managed to sort out the minor problem over the phone. “The pick up was very easy. Fawzi was very kind to explain the things we should know about using the features on the van, which is amazing because it was our first experience using campervan. The drive was smooth no mechanical problem. One night we did not stay at a powered camp and it was a freezing night for us inside the van, so if you have plan on being unpowered, be better prepared than us, like extra blankets or check if all the windows are closed thight (we forgot lol). On the last night, the waterpump did not work and Fawzi responded quickly trying to help us fix the issue. Luna travel is recommended for first timers like us who need starter info and steady support.”
